Day by Day Program
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge
On the first leg of the safari, you will be picked by our company representative from you’re your hotel or Arusha international Airport, he will greet you, take you through the itinerary and then set off. You will head to Olduvai Gorge museum, take a round tour the museum where you will have a great engagement to learn more about the first skull which were discovered in place, you will later hit the road to Ngorongoro conservation crater, connect to your lodge, check in, have a hot lunch and if time allows you will do an evening game drive or stay at the lodge as you enjoy the beauty of the lodge.
Day 2: Full days exploring Ngorongoro Conservation Area
On this day, you will grab a scrumptious breakfast, get your lunch box, meet your driver guide and head to the park headquarter where you will register, get a ranger guide and immerse yourself in the total wilderness to the bottom of the crater. You will be welcomed by herds of buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, black and white rhinos and these are Africa’s big 5. You will descent a 600 meter depth to the bottom of the crater where the best scenery lies and a number of wildlife flooding. Other animals to encounter include; cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, water bucks, bush bucks, warthogs, hyenas, birds like flamingos fringe around the crater lakes. You will spend the whole day in the crater and then return the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Check out and Departure
On the last leg of your trip, you will have a game drive around the crater rim before you check out, you will capture the breathtaking views of the crater, meet some wildlife and then return to the lodge, enjoy a mouthwatering breakfast, check out of the lodge, meet your driver guide for a transfer back to Arusha either at the airport or at the hotel and this will mark the end of your safari.
