4 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro wildlife safari is one of the most classic wildlife experience one can reward himself/herself. Day by Day Program
Day 1: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
On the first leg of your safari, you will be picked by our company representative from the Airport or from the hotel in Arusha, he will greet you, take you through day by day program of the safari and then hit the road to Serengeti national park. You will drive through the Karatu farmlands, descend to the heart of African wilderness the Serengeti national park with endless plains. You will connect to your booked lodge in the park, check in, have lunch and if time allows you can engage in the evening game drive to capture the state of wilderness around you.
Day 2: Full Day Exploring Serengeti National Park
Arise on scrumptious breakfast, get your lunch box, meet your driver guide and head to the park’s wilderness to encounter the magic that the park accommodates. You will go with a range guide into the wilderness where you will be welcomed by herds of buffaloes, elephants, rhinoceroses, lions and leopards. You will dive into Seronera area where there is high concentration of wildlife and expect to encounter other animals like Masai giraffes, elands, gazelles, hyenas, cheetahs among other. You will visit Seronera River and this will be in the afternoon, as you enjoy your picnic lunch, the wildlife will be drinking water on the river and you will have high chances to see animals that you might have missed, if you visit during dry season between June and September this is when the great migration is on and you will have this experience. After that, proceed to the wilderness as you enjoy evening game drives and here you will be driving towards your lodge where you will enjoy dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Check out and Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
You will wake up on a lazy breakfast, check out of the lodge, meet your driver guide and head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area a place known as wildlife sanctuary and still harbors Masai people who rear animals. Ngorongoro is a home to Olduvai Gorge where the skull of the first man was discovered. You will have an en-route lunch and upon reaching the park, you will connect to your lodge, check in, and if you have time you can engage in the evening game drive or relax at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Game Drive and Transfer Back to Arusha
After a scrumptious breakfast, check out of the lodge, meet your guide and head to the wilderness of Ngorongoro. You will slope into the crater base where you will have an amazing encounter with most wildlife, visit the Masai community and exit Ngorongoro with an en-route lunch and a drop off at the Airport or at the hotel in Arusha depending on where you want to be dropped.
